This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from our store.

Personal information we collect

We use your Device Information to screen for possible risk and fraud and to improve and optimise our store, for example by understanding how customers browse and interact with it and by assessing the success of our marketing.

Sharing your personal information

We share your Personal Information only with the partners who help us run the store, such as our hosting, payment and delivery providers, and only as far as they need it to serve you. We may also share it to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a lawful request for information or to protect our rights. We never sell your personal information.

Behavioural advertising

We may use your Personal Information to show you targeted advertisements or marketing messages we believe may interest you. You can opt out of targeted advertising through the settings of the advertising platforms you use and of your browser.

Do not track

Please note that we do not change our store's data collection and use practices when we see a "Do Not Track" signal from your browser.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us and we will answer within 30 days.

Data retention

When you place an order through the store, we keep your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, subject to the records the law requires us to keep.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The current version is always the one on this page.

Minors

The store is not intended for persons under the age of 18.

All prices on the store are in Kuwaiti dinars (KD).
