Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your order under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Product Condition

• The item must be in its original condition.
• It must be unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
• Perfumes and body mists cannot be returned.

3. Return Fees

• A return fee of 1 KD applies inside Kuwait City.
• A return fee of 2 KD applies for other areas of Kuwait.
• No fee is charged when the return is due to our mistake.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed only after the product is received and inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions.
• The refund is issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase; cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Please Note: online payment refunds may take 7 to 14 working days to appear in your account. This depends on your bank's own processing.
